Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Delegoat applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Delegoat. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party right
• Send spam, harass anyone, or distribute malware
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service except via our official APIs
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload through the Service (tasks, comments, attachments, voice recordings). By uploading content you grant Delegoat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you and your team.

5. AI processing

The Service includes an AI assistant that parses voice and text input into structured tasks, answers questions about your team, and generates summaries. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming tasks before they are sent.

6. Subscription and billing

Delegoat is a paid service with a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to one of our paid plans to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing from time to time. We will notify you in advance of any change that affects your existing subscription.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You can also delete your account from Settings.

8. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay. We will give you reasonable notice unless doing so would compromise the integrity of the Service or other users.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep Delegoat available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delegoat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Delegoat harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Delegoat is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
